Factolin Gizlilik Politikası

Factolin ("uygulama"), meraklı okurlar için günlük fact sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullandığında hangi verilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve haklarını anlatır.

1. Topladığımız veriler

Anonim kullanıcı kimliği

Uygulama Firebase Anonymous Authentication ile her cihaza rastgele bir anonim kimlik verir. Bu kimlik ad, e-posta, telefon gibi kişisel bilgi içermez. Yalnızca sana kişiselleştirilmiş fact sunmak ve tercihini hatırlamak için kullanılır. Uygulamayı sildiğinde bu kimlik kaybolur.

Kullanım tercihleri

Onboarding sırasında seçtiğin dil, yaş aralığı, ilgi kategorileri ve bildirim frekansı Firestore'a kaydedilir. Bu bilgiler yalnızca sana içerik seçmek için kullanılır ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.

Cihaz üzerinde saklanan veriler

Beğendiğin fact'ler ("Favoriler") ve okuduğun fact geçmişi sadece cihazının yerel depolamasında (SharedPreferences) saklanır, sunucuya gönderilmez.

Bildirim tokeni

Bildirim gönderebilmek için Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token'ın Firestore'a kaydedilir. Bu token cihazına bildirim yönlendirmek için Google tarafından kullanılır.

2. Yaş grubu için ek koruma

12–18 yaş aralığını seçen kullanıcılara yalnızca otomatik uygunluk denetiminden geçmiş fact'ler gösterilir. Reklamlar bu yaş grubu için "child-directed" ayarında ve kişiselleştirilmemiş modda sunulur (COPPA ve GDPR-K uyumlu).

3. Reklamlar

Uygulama Google AdMob banner ve interstitial reklamlar gösterir. AdMob, IP adresi ve cihaz tanımlayıcısı gibi bazı verileri kendi hizmet şartları çerçevesinde işleyebilir. Detay: Google Ads Policy.

5. Veri saklama süresi

30 gün boyunca uygulamayı hiç açmayan kullanıcıların verileri otomatik olarak silinir. Uygulamayı sildiğinde de kayıtlı FCM token'ın bir sonraki gönderim denemesinde otomatik temizlenir.

6. Haklarının kullanımı

Verilerinin silinmesini istersen uygulamayı silmen yeterli. Ek bir talep için aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsin.

Factolin ("the app") is a mobile app that delivers daily facts to curious readers. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

Anonymous user ID

The app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to give each device a random anonymous ID. This ID contains no name, email, or phone number. It is used only to personalize the facts you see and remember your preferences. Uninstalling the app discards this ID.

Preferences

During onboarding you choose a language, age range, interests, and notification frequency. These are saved in Firestore and used only to select content for you. They are not shared with third parties.

On-device data

Facts you like ("Favorites") and your reading history are stored only in your device's local storage (SharedPreferences) and are never sent to a server.

Notification token

To send push notifications, your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token is stored in Firestore. Google uses this token to route notifications to your device.

2. Additional protection for younger users

Users who pick the 12–18 age range only see facts that have passed an automated appropriateness check. Ads shown to that group are set to "child-directed" and non-personalized (COPPA and GDPR-K compliant).

The app shows Google AdMob banner and interstitial ads. AdMob may process some data such as IP address and device identifier under its own terms. See Google Ads Policy for details.

Users who don't open the app for 30 days are automatically deleted. If you uninstall the app, your saved FCM token is cleaned up on the next delivery attempt.

6. Exercising your rights

To have your data deleted, simply uninstall the app. For any additional request, contact the address below.
